EAGLEAPP TAXI

EAGLEAPP is a web-based app for ordering a transportation; it communicates transportation service requests to the transportation service providers who have been registered as users of the EAGLEAPP system. The private limited company EAGLEAPP PROTECH CO., LTD. (registry code 00034983) (we, us, our), which was founded in and continues to operate in the Kingdom of Cambodia, is the holder of rights and service provider of the EAGLEAPP.

USING THE EAGLEAPP

1. You acknowledge that EAGLEAPP does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier, and that all such transportation services are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employed by EAGLEAPP or any of its affiliates.

2. The use of the EAGLEAPP requires installation of the software and registration of a user account. During the installation of the EAGLEAPP, the mobile number of the EAGLEAPP service user is linked to the respective user account and added to the database.

3. Users are responsible for the security of their user name and password for the EAGLEAPP. EAGLEAPP may assume that anyone using a user's user name and password is authorized by the user to do so. Users must notify EAGLEAPP immediately on becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their user name or password or of any other security breach in connection with the EAGLEAPP.

4. When using the EAGLEAPP, the user can choose whether he/she wishes to pay for the transportation service using a credit or debit card.

 EAGLEAPP KULLANIMI

1. EAGLEAPP'in taşımacılık hizmeti vermediğini veya bir taşımacılık şirketi olarak işlev görmediğini ve tüm bu taşıma hizmetlerinin, EAGLEAPP veya herhangi bir bağlı kuruluşu tarafından istihdam edilmeyen bağımsız üçüncü taraf yükleniciler tarafından sağlandığını kabul edersiniz.

2. EAGLEAPP kullanımı, yazılımın yüklenmesini ve bir kullanıcı hesabının kaydedilmesini gerektirir. EAGLEAPP kurulumu sırasında, EAGLEAPP servis kullanıcısının cep telefonu numarası ilgili kullanıcı hesabına bağlanır ve veritabanına eklenir.

3. Kullanıcılar, EAGLEAPP için kullanıcı adlarının ve şifrelerinin güvenliğinden sorumludur. EAGLEAPP, kullanıcının kullanıcı adı ve şifresini kullanan herkesin bunu yapma yetkisi olduğunu varsayabilir. Kullanıcılar, EAGLEAPP'yi, kullanıcı adı veya şifresinin yetkisiz kullanımı veya EAGLEAPP ile bağlantılı diğer herhangi bir güvenlik ihlalinden haberdar olmaları üzerine derhal haberdar etmelidir.
